1. How do I buy a pack?
Click the "Buy Now" button on the pack that you want to buy. You will remain on the same page and can continue shopping. Once you are ready to pay, click the Cart icon in the top right corner and proceed to checkout.
2. How do I buy all packs?
Click the "Buy All Packs Now" button. You will be redirected to the cart page and can proceed to checkout.
3. Can I reverse the purchase?
No, you cannot reverse the purchase. Once you have paid, the stickers will be automatically sent to your WhatsApp.
4. How do I get the stickers?
After payment, you will receive instructions to access your stickers via WhatsApp. The stickers will be sent to your WhatsApp number.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-PESA and cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Paystack. Prices are in KES.
6. Are prices VAT-inclusive?
Yes. The price includes any applicable taxes. We are not VAT-registered. If we become registered in the future, applicable taxes may apply.
7. What's in each pack?
Each pack has 150 animated and 200 static stickers (350 total). Buying all 4 packs gives you 1,400 stickers at a discount.
8. How do I request removal of a sticker portraying me or someone I represent?
We can remove stickers from our packs after we verify you are the owner or authorized to act on their behalf. Email remove@stickerpacks.co.ke with details (which sticker, proof of identity or authorization). We will process valid requests and update the packs.
