Refund Policy

1. No refunds after delivery

Once stickers have been sent to your WhatsApp, we generally do not offer refunds. Digital goods cannot be returned.

2. Failed delivery

If you paid but never received the stickers, contact us at support@stickerpacks.co.ke with your order details. We will either resend the stickers or issue a refund.

3. Payment errors

If you were charged in error or charged twice, we will refund the excess. Email support with proof of payment.

4. Tax on refunds

If your purchase included taxes and a refund is approved, we will refund only the product amount; any tax paid is non-refundable.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. They will appear in your M-PESA or card account per your bank's processing time.
